Common questions and gotchas before you buy.
Everything in the store, perks, prices, and the commands behind them, can be added, removed, or rebalanced at any time as the server evolves. Nothing here is locked in forever.
If a perk you've already bought is later removed or changed, we'll try to substitute reasonable equivalent value, but an exact like-for-like replacement isn't guaranteed.
Perks are granted to the Steam account used at checkout and aren't transferable to a different account, unless you send it as a gift at checkout.
Gifted perks go to whichever Steam account you enter, double check it before paying. A gift sent to the wrong account can be reversed through a support ticket.
What you're buying is access to in-game perks, not a physical or tradeable item. Perks have no real-world value and can't be cashed out, sold, or traded outside the server.
This is an independently run server, not a commercial platform with uptime guarantees. We aim to keep the server, the store, and delivery working reliably, but can't promise it'll be available or bug-free 100% of the time.
If the server ever shuts down for good, purchases end with it. There's no guarantee of indefinite access.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through support. Open a support ticket, there's no automatic refund button.
Chargebacks are treated as fraud, not a refund request. Filing one will get you banned from the store and the server.
Any ban, for any reason, doesn't refund what you've already bought.
Support tickets are the only channel we handle payment and support issues through.
Purchases go through PayNow's Terms of Use.
Playing on the server also means you're bound by Facepunch's Rust legal terms.
